We guarantee trees to arrive in a condition that allows them to survive and grow if properly cared-for. If they do not arrive in such condition, notify us within 14 days for refund or replacement. We cannot be responsible for their performance after that period. Minor damage such as broken twigs or browned leaves does not merit replacement if it does not affect the long-term health of the tree. We may or may not ask for return of damaged trees at our expense, or for photographic proof of damage. At our option, we may choose to refund rather than replace.
